Ensemble Meliora, a group dedicated to elevating lesser-known voices in early music, presents O Clarissima Mater, a celebration of Women’s History Month. This concert is an exploration of women’s roles in early music history, from the church, to the salon, to the court.

This program was performed at St John’s Church in NYC on March 13, 2026 as well as in New Haven on March 14, 2026 as part of the Bethesda Music Series. All proceeds from the Bethesda Lutheran Church performance went to benefit the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen organization in New Haven.
